By using الأناقة's website or booking any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Bookings
Online booking is a request until confirmed by the salon (per settings). You must provide accurate details and attend at the scheduled time.
Prices & payment
Displayed prices are indicative and may vary by actual service or promotions. Final price is confirmed at payment in-salon or via available methods.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling follow the salon's stated policy at booking. Late arrival or no-show without notice may incur fees.
Customer conduct
Visitors must respect staff and other clients. The salon may refuse service in cases of abuse or inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". الأناقة is not liable for technical outages beyond reasonable control, while making reasonable efforts to maintain service.
Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
