• Account data: name, email, phone, and password (hashed). • Salon data: name, branding, branches, services, staff, and settings. • Client data: names, contact details, booking and payment history — you act as the data controller for your clients. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and improvement.
How we use data
We use data to operate the platform, process bookings and invoices, send confirmations (e.g. email), provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties for marketing.
Sharing data
We may share data with essential infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data when legally required.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and tenant isolation (multi-tenant). No system is 100% secure — we continuously improve our safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data via support@getzinova.com. Your clients exercise their rights through your salon as the data controller.
Data retention
We retain data for the duration of your subscription. After account cancellation, backups may be kept for a limited period for legal compliance, then deleted.
