Agreement
By using the Zinova platform («Service»), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a salon, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Account & trial
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card — paid plans may require a valid payment method later.
Salon or shop operating licenses
Zinova is software (SaaS) and does not grant a license to operate a beauty or retail business. The account owner alone is responsible for obtaining and maintaining whatever licenses their activity requires in Saudi Arabia (for example a commercial registration, freelance certificate, municipal permits, or others as applicable). Creating an account is not a government verification of the salon. Zinova may later request details or documents for verification or to enable payments/directory features, and may suspend accounts that violate laws or these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, misuse client data, attempt to breach the platform, or resell the Service without permission.
Subscription & billing
Plan details and pricing are shown on the website. You may upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard. Subscription fees are billed per your chosen cycle (monthly/yearly) when online billing is enabled.
Service availability
We aim for high availability with planned maintenance when needed. Some features (live payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp Business, AI assistant) roll out gradually — status is reflected on the website.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is» to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses from outages or account misuse.
Account termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
